Job Description

Job Purpose
The Innovation Manager drives innovation across the Copenhagen Metro Operations & Maintenance contract by accelerating pilot projects, embedding proven solutions, and strengthening collaboration between Strides and Keolis. The role also owns the “Inspiration” function, sourcing, evaluating, and implementing new technologies, procedures, and learnings from Group Innovation, the Centre of Excellence, and other subsidiaries.

Act as the primary Copenhagen contact with Strides (Singapore): coordinate transfer of AI, sustainability, flooding mitigation and other developments into local pilots and engineering practices.
