What you will do

• Conduct structured problem and market validation through customer discovery interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop technology if needed – with a product in mind.
• Test and iterate your technology with real‑world users and partners.
• Develop a compelling business model and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Prepare for external investment, spin‑out formation, or other commercialization pathways.
• Participate in program activities, coaching sessions, and the peer community (e.g., trade fair, Business Generator workshops, events at The Founder House Helsinki).
