Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist

Korzen Health is proud to partner with one of the largest dedicated behavioral health hospitals in the San Diego area. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well-established inpatient behavioral health team in a full-time capacity.

Position Overview

This is a Monday–Friday inpatient role offering an excellent work-life balance with a round and go model. Psychiatrists focus on patient care during the day and have the flexibility to leave once responsibilities are completed. Weekend call is optional.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care, including daily rounding
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, admissions, and discharges
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including social workers and therapists
