**INPATIENT IV PHARMACIST**
**BOISE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER**

**SUMMARY:**
Provides pharmaceutical care to customers of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. The Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center. This could include providing support to emergency medicine, MS, geriatrics, and critical care patients.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. Residency preferred.
+ Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.
+ Within 6 months of hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
