The Program Therapists works closely with UR department on obtaining authorizations from insurance companies throughout the patient’s stay, completes biopsychosocial assessments, patient treatment plans, facilitates treatment teams and staffing, provides therapeutic interventions via psychoeducation and psychotherapy groups, individual and family sessions, assists in coordination of care to lower level treatment interventions and assists the treatment team in understanding the barriers to discharge ...
