Inside Sales Digital Support Associate

About the role

As a Digital Customer Support Apprentice for the Inside Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for requests via inbound calls and inbox management. You will perform back‑office functions and be responsible for tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end‑to‑end sales cycle processes. You will provide vital support to Account Managers by managing incoming requests and navigating to the appropriate individual.

Duties

• Providing helpdesk support by responding to ticket requests from internal and external colleagues and partners via incoming calls and Outlook, prioritising requests and managing escalations through customer and partner engagement.
• Becoming a user expert in CRM, creating and managing quotations for customers.
