Job Description
Role Purpose: The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the Outside Sales Engineers by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, managing walk-in customer sales, performing basic parts logistics and processing through the CRM and ERP system. The Sales Engineer ensures efficient sales operations, fosters customer satisfaction, and contributes to overall business growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Upon receiving customer inquiries, promptly acknowledge receipt and provide updates on progress.
