We’re looking for an Inside Sales to join our team — someone who is passionate about helping customers succeed, driving adoption, and spotting growth opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of customer onboarding, inside sales, and account development. What You Will Do
- Help New Customers Succeed: Guide new providers through their onboarding journey and make sure they quickly feel confident using our solutions. Your goal: to turn new customers into active, engaged users.
- Drive Growth Actions (e.g Growth Actions & Open Days): Plan and run tactical actions that help active customers use our products more and better. Decide which customers to prioritize and measure the results of your initiatives.
