Inside Sales Representative

What will you do as an Inside Sales Representative?

In this position, you will carry out the entire quotation process in collaboration with the account managers. This begins with identifying the customer's needs. Thereafter, you design an appropriate solution based on our product and service portfolio. With this, you translate the solution into a calculation and a quote. To do this well, you will occasionally accompany the account managers and your technical colleagues to the customer location. You will also have regular contact with our suppliers during this process. In addition, as an inside sales representative, you are responsible for accurate information within our ERP system. Once you have received approval from the customer on your quote, you organize the customer file and hand over the file to your colleagues from the Order Management department. As an inside sales representative, you fall under the Commerce department. You will be working in a young and informal team.
