Inside Sales Representative (Santiago)

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture strong relationships with the portfolio of agents to ensure a long‑lasting business collaboration with Ria.
• Act as a problem‑solver when agents face issues with their day‑to‑day Ria business.
• Self‑organize a smart‑structured weekly plan to meet set targets.
• Know how to resolve anything from system queries.
• Provide or update branding solutions for existing agents in accordance with Marketing Department’s guidelines.
• Support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment.
• Increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top‑ups, bill payment, and check cashing).
• Analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing agents.
