DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports directly to the Sales Lead and is part of the Sales Operations division.

• To assist with interviews and placements, reach out by phone, email, and SMS.
• To satisfy KPIs, monitor hiring metrics and maintain employer connections.
• Assign candidates to appropriate positions and describe the requirements and rewards of the position.
• Assess profiles and make suggestions for resume enhancements.

Employer Support

• Address hiring requirements and market the organization's candidates and services.
• Set up interviews and send in qualified applicants on a regular basis.
