As an Inside Sales & Service Writer, you will handle front‑counter and phone interactions for sales and repairs. You will quote jobs, write service tickets, and keep customers moving through the shop while hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist walk‑in customers with computer sales, custom builds, and repair quotes.
• Write detailed repair tickets in CRM and explain pricing and timelines clearly.
• Follow up on completed jobs and turn one‑time customers into repeat clients.
• Process accessory and hardware sales at the counter.
• Support the bench team with basic diagnostics during busy periods.
• Meet monthly sales and service targets.
• Keep the sales floor organized and professional.
