Our client is a pre-eminent international law firm with an established Hong Kong disputes practice, seeking a Hong Kong-qualified contentious insolvency partner to strengthen its capabilities by spearheading the launch of a dedicated restructuring and insolvency litigation practice. This is an opportunity to join a collegiate, well-regarded team investing in a joined-up contentious and non-contentious restructuring offering, working alongside a high-calibre corporate team across the full business cycle from advisory and transactional mandates through to major contentious disputes.

The successful candidate will bring along, develop, and manage a caseload of insolvency disputes, asset recovery, fraud, enforcement and related commercial litigation matters, while building and maintaining strong relationships across key intermediaries including insolvency practitioners, accountants, and corporate finance advisers.
