We are seeking an experienced professional in the building inspections field to lead operations, coordinate inspection teams, and oversee contract execution for public and private sector projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify opportunities for building inspection services and project staffing needs
• Develop, recruit, and manage qualified building inspection teams
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs
• Oversee active inspection contracts from kickoff through closeout
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and field inspection resources
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality
