The Manheim Mobile Inspections Supervisor reports to the Manager and is responsible for the effective leadership and supervision of a team of Mobile Inspectors in a specified geographic territory. The Supervisor's primary focus is to ensure inspection quality and drive operational efficiency with a team of 10 to 15+ Mobile Inspectors while maintaining a culture of operational excellence and accountability. The Supervisor assists with operational matters concerning the mobile inspections, new car inspections, and floorplan audits in a designated area. The Supervisor will ensure that inspections and floorplan audits performed within the assigned territory meet quality, productivity and safety objectives.
