Inspector De Calidad (Morelia)

Job Description Summary

The Inspector in the Quality Department performs product assessments and dimensional measurements on components, turbines (steam and gas), and generators. They provide the final point of inspection for products and maintain reports and performance metrics. The candidate will work within the current quality team reporting directly to the MSC Quality Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Capable of performing inspections on incoming parts and raw materials, utilizing appropriate tools such as variable gauges, hand tools, and vision systems.
• Conducts Hardness testing.
• Perform visual inspection.
• Takes dimensional measurements.
• Tracks standard and I&T Plans and supporting QC records.
• Releases product for shipping by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
