**Job Title: On-Line Inspector**
**Job Description**
The On-Line Inspector monitors the screen printing process in real time to quickly identify defective products and incorrect process parameters, promptly alerting operators, trainers, or team leaders to resolve issues. This role serves as the last line of defense before products ship to customers and plays a key part in ensuring that all finished goods meet or exceed internal standards and customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review parts at set-up to confirm proper dimensions and ensure they match the customer-approved print.
+ Check fit and registration to the template on first colors and all cutting colors to ensure accurate alignment.
+ Confirm that process settings are correct and follow the specifications listed in the work order routing.
+ Read and interpret job routings and quality plans to understand all requirements for each order.
