SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Under direction of the Area Operations Manager, the Service and Installation Manager (SIM) will Manage and direct all the Service and Install related opportunities in the assigned area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Area Operations Manager and Service and Installation Management Team to drive operational efficiencies throughout the area.
- Manage and lead the service and installation techs in the assigned areas to ensure that Federal Protection Customers are receiving world class service in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working with the Area Operations Manager to ensure that all state and local licensing required for the position are adhered to.
