The Richardson School is now seeking an Instructional Aide to join their Brookfield team!

As an Instructional Aide, you are responsible for caring for the students directly. For this role, relationship building is essential, as you are asked to assist the students’ needs in the areas of education, therapeutic/behavioral support, and hygiene as needed.
