Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for supporting the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content for both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning environments. This role involves updating presentations, assisting with drafting storyboards, preparing narration and multimedia, testing eLearning courses for functionality, and maintaining course documentation within SharePoint. The individual will work under the guidance of tenured instructional designers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with established templates and learning objectives.
