Instructional designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join a dynamic learning and development environment on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining engaging digital learning content that enhances learner experience and supports organisational learning objectives within a complex operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, hands‑on experience with content authoring tools, and a passion for creating innovative digital learning solutions. Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, mining, energy or similar operational environments will be advantageous.
