Instructional Designer & Trainer for Operational Training

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer & Trainer in Cebu City. The successful candidate will develop online training modules and must have 3–5 years of experience in instructional design. Responsibilities include conducting learning assessments and creating engaging content. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field is required. The role initially requires on-site work for 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid setup. Excellent English communication is essential.
