Instructional Designer With Esri Experience (W2 ONLY)

Our client is searching for Instructional Designers that have worked with Esri for remote contract roles.
***All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis***
Description
• Finalized lab design template and ILT/self-paced standards
• Edited and polished training decks
• Design consistency across all stakeholder groups and courses
• Quality review of vendor-created materials

Duties:
• Apply the phased framework (Basic → Foundational → Tools & Tasks → Work Cycle → Mastery) to all content
• Edit materials from Training Support and vendors for clarity and instructional effectiveness
• Ensure the 15 min instruction / 15 min practice principle is built into every module
• Create more complex materials (Work Cycle, Mastery) that require instructional expertise
• Consult on design decisions to maximize learning transfe
