Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of University Accounting and Reporting and exercising a high degree of independence, the incumbent serves as the program administrator for the university’s Instructionally Related Activities (IRA) funds. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with CSU policy, California Education Code, and campus guidelines through the analysis of financial data, coordination of the annual funding and proposal processes, and development of policies and procedures that promote fiscal integrity and program accountability. The incumbent maintains comprehensive records, prepares reports and recommendations for senior leadership, and provides expert consultation to faculty, staff, and student stakeholders.
