Instrument Engineer

To serve as a Lead I&C Engineer utilizing specialized expertise to:

• Execute Strategy: Develop and deliver robust I&C (Instrument & Control) strategy from planning and execution through commissioning.
• Manage Interfaces: Manage complex interdisciplinary interfaces, and enforce robust data integrity.
• Control Risk: Systematically identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation measures.

• Communicate and coordinate with client on I&C design philosophy and technical issue, and develop the appropriate solution to address the challenges.
• Coordinate with client, third parties as well as national and local regulators to address relevant issues and close the gaps.
• Responsible for technical tender document review, technical clarification, prepare or review the TBE etc.
