Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused Insurance Verification Coordinator to join our U. S.-based dental office team. You'll play a vital role in verifying and updating insurance details to ensure seamless patient care and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance details for new and existing patients Contact insurance providers for eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations Update patient records accurately and promptly Communicate denials or missing information with the clinical team Assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions
