Taux journalier (TJM): TJM HT max 609 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client)

Service Description (but not limited to) :

·        All ITSM processes have been standardized to an ITIL 3 standard. In line with new ambitions to evolve the agile lifecycle, the mission aims to assess how ITIL v4 can support these objectives and streamline interfaces between delivery and service.

·        Review existing processes and associated roadmaps

·        Provide expert input into future roadmaps and define approaches to evolve towards ITIL v4

·        Advise on opportunities to improve alignment between service delivery practices and toolsets
