At ASB, we’re passionate about helping our customers protect what matters most. We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Insurance Performance Coach to join our Personal Banking Distribution Capability team.
Based in the Wellington/Midlands region and supporting our Personal Banking network, you’ll play a key role in growing the capability and confidence of our frontline teams to have meaningful insurance conversations that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with frontline leaders, Insurance Specialists and key stakeholders to coach, influence and embed our insurance distribution strategy. Through a structured visitation programme, you’ll deliver engaging coaching and training, identify opportunities to improve performance, and champion a culture focused on great customer outcomes, profitable growth and market share.
