Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Insurance Processor/Customer Service Rep. in O’Fallon, MO
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm |pay based on experience Essential Functions

Assist agents in completing applications for new and renewal commercial insurance policies.

Submitting, quoting and binding new and renewal policies at the discretion of the agents.

Input client and policy information into customer database and agency software.

Match endorsements received from carriers to client requests and process in agency software.

Assist prospective customers by gathering information, answering queries and providing the documents necessary to obtain a commercial insurance quote.
