Insurance Product Manager

You will in a mission to drive the development and implementation of new digital insurance and protection products—focused primarily on accelerating the growth of stand‑alone insurance through the Telesales channel. 1. Leads the development and growth of stand‑alone insurance products through the Telesales channel, working closely with the Telesales team to craft offerings, improve conversion, and scale revenue.
2. Develops new Stand Alone or bundling insurance / protection product concepts, product designs and features and tests them via our telesales and mobile apps channel
3. Collaborates actively with the Telesales and CRM teams to train, communicate, and continuously enhance insurance products and processes, ensuring strong sales readiness and consistent customer experience.
