Insurance Sales Advisor - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 65k/year - Kansas City, MO
Our client, an insurance agency focused on providing custom insurance solutions for real estate investors is looking for an Insurance Sales Advisor. They service individual investors, conglomerates, bulk REO holders, wholesalers, and lenders. They service over 140, 000 locations nationally!
Responsibilities:
Perform a needs analysis & offer solutions and quotes as well as send quotes to underwriting for review. Underwriting then returns the quote to you to either bind or decline the policy. This is not a cold calling role, all leads are warm & inbound!
Evaluate current insurance coverage, develop & advise proposal options that protect the investor as it relates to their real estate portfolio.
Educate clients on the differences in insurance coverage & assist them in determining the best coverage for their business model.
