About the Role

As an Intake, Triage, and Assessment Clinician (Social Worker, Nurse, Occupational Therapist) with Wellington CAMHS, you will help young people and their whānau access the mental health care they need when they need it most. Every referral you screen, every assessment you conduct, and every connection you make can change a young person's life for the better.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access to a wide range of Mental Health and Addiction services.
• Conduct mental health assessments with young people (0–17 years) and their families.
• Provide timely crisis response to ensure urgent needs are met.
• Collaborate with your team, GPs, other mental health and addiction teams, and a range of community providers.
• Ensure care is safe, high‑quality, and equitable for every young person and their whānau.
