Intake to Pay Senior Specialist

Place of work: Cracow
Job Purpose:
Support and continuously improve the end-to-end Intake-to-Pay process, from initial request through to payment, by providing expert support to users, ensuring process compliance, and contributing to system and process optimization across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
Provide second-line support to users and country teams on procurement processes and tools (Beeline, Zip, Coupa)

Act as a bridge between tools users, Global Process Owners and technical teams

Support implementation and adoption of procurement tools (Beeline, Zip, Coupa)

Identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes and user experience

Contribute to training materials, documentation and user guidance
