Key Performance Areas
Qualifications and Experience
- Provide consultative services to customers.
- Perform business process re-engineering.
- Testing solutions.
- Provide user support for logged problems and information requests.
- Provide system solutions training.
- Work with team to continuously improve the development process.
- Define and Document Development standards.
- Code Development, Review and Documentation.
- Build efficient and reusable service that can be reused across different solutions.
- System analysis.
- Play an active role in the design, development and unit testing
- 3rd line support and troubleshoot coding errors in logs and code.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate / Diploma or a Degree. Qualification in Computer Science/IT will serve as an advantage.
- 5- 9+ years overall IT experience in the Middleware environment.
