• Support Certification and Integration team members
• Provide technical and operational guidance for integrations and certification tasks
• Act as the fallback for the Assistant Manager Certifications and Integrations
• Ensure clear task prioritization and effective workload distribution
• Drive adherence to departmental KPIs and integration delivery targets
• Adhere to agreed plans and schedules to deliver certifications and client integrations on time
• Act as the main escalation point for complex or high‑severity certification and integration issues
