Overview
As an Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal supporting our US-based IP team, you will be trusted to manage IP-related operations, filings, and deadlines aligned with integral IP regulations, while working from Mexico in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage deadlines, filings, and documentation aligned with global IP requirements
Support IP prosecution activities, including tracking applications, filing submissions directly with USPTO and WIPO, and coordinating correspondence
Review and proofread IP-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with US-based attorneys and global stakeholders
Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency
