Job Description

This fixed-term position lasts 12 months based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead governance initiatives while supporting quality improvement projects aligned with the FNC+ programme. Bring your expertise to shape an evolving service and ensure compliance within the primary-secondary care interface.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical pharmacy services for safe practices
• Provide advanced pharmaceutical care as an independent prescriber
• Conduct assessments and optimise medication use
• Participate in MDT meetings and support continuity of care
• Contribute to audits and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Pharmacy and GPhC registration
