Experienced Industrial Relations Consultant to advise and support aplex organisation operating within a highly unionised and regulated environment.This role is suited to a seasoned IR professional with strong technical knowledge, sound judgement, and the ability to operate discreetly at senior levels during periods of change, negotiation, or heightened industrial activity.Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on industrial relations strategy, employee relations risk, and union engagement

Lead or support collective bargaining, consultation exercises, and negotiations with recognised trade unions

Advise on dispute resolution, industrial action preparedness, and contingency planning

Ensure organisational approach aligns with relevant employment legislation, agreements, and best practice

Support senior leaders with briefing materials, messaging, and stakeholder strategy
