Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Interim Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead a payroll team and oversee compensation and benefits functions. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of payroll operations and aligning compensation practices across various legal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Payroll Management:
Lead and manage a payroll team consisting of one team lead and four additional members.
Guarantee the accuracy and quality of payroll runs.
Perform thorough controls over payroll activities.
Serve as the interface between the payroll team and the finance manager to ensure alignment.
2: Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee employee benefit insurances, especially pension plans across several sectors.
Align company rules and policies between different legal entities.
Update the company rule book as necessary.
