Job Description

What you’ll do:
As the Pharmacy Manager you will manage and oversee the operation and financial performance of the pharmacy’s fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the pharmacy team.
Oversee and monitor the budget, staffing, and inventory within the pharmacy and identify areas for performance improvement. 
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that comply with legislation, bylaws, and regulations, as well as accrediting body standards.
Provide clinical services such as medication management, review, and injection services.
Advise customers on the selection and usage of non-prescription medication.
Provide advice and counselling to patients on possible side effects of their medications and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain medication profiles of patients and communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient care.
