We are seeking a school business manager to join the senior leadership team of this education setting in Sheffield and support the headteacher andernors in ensuring the smooth and successful running of our school. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and all areas such as human resources, facilities, administration, health and safety and site management.

Your new role

You will have a relevant qualification in business management or equivalent experience in a similar role. You will also have excellentmunication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including staff, parents, pupils,ernors, and external agencies.

Liaise with the finance team to ensure the budget set reflects the plans and operational needs of the setting.
