Job Description
This position provides ID support and project management to the company.
Responsibilities- Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.
- Prepare space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors.
- Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
- Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Project planning and coordination (including the design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications).
- Presentation of design proposal.
- Managing clients.
- Technical skills (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Cost management during WIP.
Experienced or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
