Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional in land development and municipal infrastructure projects, with expertise in site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design, and construction review. The role involves preparing preliminary and detailed CAD drawings, coordinating drawings with project managers and CAD staff, ensuring project delivery, and mentoring junior CAD staff. The incumbent will alternate between two sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings for land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff.
