Job Description

Currently we are looking for
INTERMEDIATE END USER ENGINEER (LJT)
Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days in office in training period)
Salary: competitive
Type of employment: full time employee
Tasks:
Provide second-line IT support to end users, resolving more complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access setup.
