Job Description

Our client is seeking a Intermediate IT Project Manager to assist with coordinating, documenting, and driving completion of technology projects, including M&A and integration of AI into various business functions.

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 3 days/week and WFH 2 days/week.

Must haves:

  • 4+ years of experience as a IT Project Manager or Project Coordinator with a focus on Business Analyst activities (Requirements gathering, process/workflows, acceptance criteria)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional business system projects (Syspro ERP, Salesforce/Expedite Commerce, Codeless BPA)
  • Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or contractors. 
  • Experience with documentation, organization, meeting facilitation, and follow-up skills. 
  • Experience with Power BI, data models, dashboards, or reporting projects
