Backend test manufacturing generates large volumes of operational data daily. Monitoring key performance metrics such as yield, cycle time, equipment health, and throughput requires manual data consolidation and analysis, which delays engineering response to performance deviations. In this project, the intern will design and develop an automated performance monitoring dashboard and data analytic tool to support the Test Engineering team’s daily operational activities.
