Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Corporate Operations - Intern
Responsibilities:
Handling operational queries via email & call.
Direct interaction with client POC.
Providing resolution within a specified TAT and defined SLA’s
Co-ordination with other verticals / team to resolve the issues.
Campus Execution Module -B2B & B2C.
Conducting training sessions for clients on product.
Custom Report Creation (MIS/EXCEL).
Minimum Requirement:
Ability to take initiatives. 
Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner. 
Good speaking & writing English 
Proficient on MS Excel
