[Intern] Digitalisation & Process Optimisation in Strategic Stakeholder Engage

You will be part of the Strategic Engagement team, in the Strategic Communications & Engagement Division (SCED). Your role will be to develop stakeholder management database and dashboards, evaluate and propose the use of digitalisation/ AI to streamline or automate routine work processes in stakeholder engagement, and support in coordination of stakeholder engagement programmes.

• Review the existing stakeholder database structure and develop a database system and dashboard with the use of available software (e.g. MS Excel, Sharepoint, Power BI)
• Evaluate and propose use of digitalisation/ AI to streamline or automate routine work processes in stakeholder management and engagement
• Support the implementation of engagement touchpoints with key stakeholders to promote balanced understanding of MND’s policies
