Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support analysis of end-to-end value chain performance (planning, supply, logistics, operations).
• Support data collection, analysis, and performance reporting.
• Contribute to digital initiatives (dashboards, basic analytics models, automation, process improvement tools).
• Prepare MoM, insights, reports.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation projects.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Undergraduate in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial), Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, IT, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
