- To assist HR department in day-to-day tasks.
- Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews).
- Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates.
- Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.).
- Assist team with preparation of materials.
- Other related ad-hoc activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
